Grilled summer pork chops

with Castello Burger Blue

  • 2 summer pork chops
  • 2 slices of Castello Burger Blue
  • 4 medium size tomatoes
  • 1 cup of leaf parsley
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 cup of seedless black olives
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of olive oil
Grilled summer pork chops with Castello Burger Blue

Preparation

Turn on the barbecue and grill the summer pork chops, season with a pinch of salt and pepper. When the first side is ready, you turn it and add a slice of Castello Burger Blue.

Cut onion, tomatoes, leaf parsley and olives into pieces and put them in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt and pepper and mix well.
