ingredients

  • 2 apples (preferably slightly sour)
  • juice of half a lemons
  • Castello® Creamy white
  • 100 g walnuts
  • fresh thyme
  • 2 - 3 tbsp honey

preparation

Preparation

1. Cut the apples in thin slices and remove the core.

2. Put the apples in ice water with the lemon juice for 10 minutes. This will help to keep the apples crisp and make sure they don’t oxidize and turn brown.

3. Remove the apples rings from the water and let them dry on a towel.

4. Add a slice of Castello® Creamy White to each apple ring, and finish with walnuts and a drizzle of honey.
