Mango Avocado Salad with Castello Popped Havarti

  • 1 dl creme fraiche 18%
  • 1 lime, zest and juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili sauce
  • Freshly grated black pepper
  • 1 Mango, cut into slices
  • 2 Avocados, cut into slices
  • 250 g cut romaine salad leaves
  • 3 finely chopped spring onions
  • 1 dl coriander leaves
  • 100 g Popped Havarti

Preparation

Mix the cream fraiche together with some lemon zest and juice. Top it up with chilli sauce and freshly grated black pepper. Add mango, avocado and salad leaves on a large dish. Garnish with spring onion, fresh coriander and Popped Havarti.
