  • 70 g. Castello Matured Cheddar
  • 16 ready-made croustades
  • 5 tbsp. passionfruit curd or fruit curd
  • Ground chili
Matured Cheddar in croustades with passionfruit curd and chili

Preparation

Spread the croustades on a platter. Fill the passionfruit curd into a piping bag and spray it into the croustades. Cut the cheese into small pieces and add a piece on each croustades.

Sprinkle with ground chili and serve with a semi-sweet (demi-sec) champagne.
