Pickled grapes

  • approximately 150-200g grapes
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • vinegar
  • a little fresh lemon balm and mint

1. Cut the grapes in halves and put in a glass with sugar and herbs

2. Fill the glass with vinegar, cover and let it stand for at least 24 hours in the refrigerator.
