- 6 slices of baguette
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tomato (sliced)
- 9-12 slices of matured cheddar
- 3 slices of serrano ham
- olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Pinchos with matured cheddar ham
Fry the bread slices in a little oil. Then rub with garlic. This helps to give a bit of garlic flavor without overwhelming the other flavors. Add slices of tomato and cheddar cheese.
Bake the pinchos in the oven at 225 degrees for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Add slices of ham on each pinchos. Top with herbs, salt and pepper and serve.
