Radicchio with pears and blue cheese

  • 1 radicchio
  • 1 large or two small pears
  • 100g Castello Danablu
  • 75g hazelnuts
  • Balsamic glace
  • Fresh chervil
  • Salt and pepper

 

Radicchio with pears and blue cheese

Preparation

Pick the radicchio apart, rinse and halve the largest leaves. Add to a plate. Top with pear slices, hazelnuts, crumbled Danablu, balsamic glace, fresh chervil.

Season with salt and pepper.
