Raspberry Daiquiri Jam

  • 200g raspberries
  • 1-2 organic lime
  • 4cl rum
  • 1.5 tablespoons sugar
Raspberry Daiquiri Jam


Mix the raspberries with sugar and let them sit for 15 minutes. Bring the mixture to boil and simmer for about 7-10 minutes without a lid. Season with both juice and peel of the lime and rum. Boil the alcohol away.


Pour the mixture on scalded jars and close the lid.
