Roasted grapes

  • 175g black grapes
  • 1 small red onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 small handful of fresh tarragon
Roasted grapes

Preparation

1. Cut the grapes in halves and chop the onion finely and add it to an ovenproof dish

2. Chop the tarragon finely and drizzle on top

3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and a little olive oil

4. Put the grapes in the oven v. 180-200 (hot air) for about 10-15 min

5. The grapes should have a sticky texture
