Salad with cauliflower, chorizo and Danablu

  • 4 fresh chorizo sausages
  • Mixed lettuce (romaine lettuce and red Mizuna)
  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 1 Castello Danablu
  • 50 g caper berries
  • 40 g roasted pine nuts
  • Fresh basil
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp. olive oi
  • Salt and pepper
Salad with cauliflower, chorizo and Danablu

Preparation

Fry the chorizo on a hot pan and cut into slices. Place lettuce on a serving dish. Add sliced chorizo, cauliflower and Castello Danablu. Finish the dish with caper berries, pine nuts and basil. Just before serving the salad, season with salt, pepper and a drizzle of lemon juice and olive oil.
