Castello Quick Tips: Lunch deluxe

Some days just call for indulgence!

With this delicious lunch you don’t even have to make an extra effort to spoil your friends or family. These open sandwiches made on rye bread is an excellent choice for the lunch table – here you have two variations of rye bread with Castello White.

Chorizo

Ingredients
Red pesto
Chorizo
Castello with truffles
Rye Bread (can be replaced with sandwich bread)


Serrano HAM

Ingredients
Green pesto
Serrano Ham
Castello Creamy White
Rye Bread (can be replaced with sandwich bread)


How to
1. Butter bread with pesto, then place the chorizo / serrano and put cheese on top
2. Bake in preheated oven for 15 min at. 200 °
