Italian Stecca with Aged Gouda and Garlic

No knead bread with lots of flavor!

Stecca is an Italian bread and my absolute favorite! It is so easy to make and requires no kneading. In this variation the bread is stuffed with Castello Aged Gouda, garlic and fresh spices.

3 loaves of bread:

Ingredients
Approx. 550-600 g wheat flour
5 dl water
20 g yeast
3 tsp. salt
150 g Castello Aged Gouda
5 cloves of Garlic
Herbs of your choice

How to
1. Dissolve the yeast in the water and add flour and salt
2. Stir the dough together until the dough is uniform
3. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 2 hours
4. Chop cheddar and garlic and rinse the herbs
5. Place the dough on a floured surface and divide into 3 pieces
6. Spread out each lump of dough, so there is room for the filling
7. Place the cheese and herbs in the middle, close and let it rise for about 1 hour
8. Brush the loaves with oil, garnish them with spices or vegetables (I used artichoke hearts, carrots and chili sauce + cranberry)
9. Bake at 240 ° for about 10 minutes
