Summer holiday is just around the corner and it’s time to fire up the grill and kick off the barbecue season! And why not kick it off with the ultimate blue cheese burger. Cookouts are cozy, you get a little fresh air while cooking and your burgers get a delicious smoky flavor from the grill – it’s a win-win!
For this blue cheese burger I am treating the steak and cheese to some unconventional toppings. First and foremost a red onion relish, adding depth and sweetness to the bold blue mould cheese. The honey and mustard dressing adds some extra body to the burger and the slices of beef tomatoes add some juiciness without being too watery.
