Parmigiano Reggiano

An intense, full-bodied Italian

Dating from the Middle Ages, Parmigiano Reggiano is considered the king of Italian cheeses. Made from unpasteurised partially skimmed cow's milk and aged for up to 48 months, it has a hard, grainy texture and a sharp, umami-rich flavour that is full-bodied, round, and intense. It is a staple in most kitchens today and the perfect compliment to any number of dishes, from everyday meals to special occasions. Whether sliced, shredded, diced, or melted, Parmigiano Reggiano makes good food taste even better. Of course, it’s simply fantastic on its own too.
