Avocado Sandwich

with Castello® Double Cream Brie

  • 150g Castello® Double Cream Brie
  • 4 slices of flat bread
  • 200g hummus
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • Lettuce, of your choice
  • 1 punnet watercress
  • Salt and pepper
Avocado Sandwich


  1. Cut the flat bread into quarters and toast gently in a toaster or sandwich press.
  2. Spread with a generous serving of hummus, top with lettuce of your choice and slices of Castello® Double Cream Brie.
  3. Garnish with watercress and a pinch of salt and pepper. Enjoy!
