- 150g Castello® Double Cream Brie
- 4 slices of flat bread
- 200g hummus
- 2 avocados, sliced
- Lettuce, of your choice
- 1 punnet watercress
- Salt and pepper
- Cut the flat bread into quarters and toast gently in a toaster or sandwich press.
- Spread with a generous serving of hummus, top with lettuce of your choice and slices of Castello® Double Cream Brie.
- Garnish with watercress and a pinch of salt and pepper. Enjoy!
