  • A handful of blackberries
  • 2 tbs liquorice syrup
  • Mint leaves

Pickled figs and pecans

  • 300g Castello® Double Cream Brie 
  • A handful of pecan nuts
  • 2 pickled figs in light syrup

Preparation

1. Cut lines across the cheese but only halfway through.
2. Put the filling into the cracks.
3. Bake the cheese at 170°C for 5-7 minutes.
