2 packs  x 150g of Castello Double Cream Brie

  • 16 slices of Parma ham (or similar)
  • 300 g readybought hummus
  • 180 g borretane onion (small flat onions in Balsamico marinade)

Accessories:
Ready-bought bruschetta and fresh basil

Double Cream Brie with hummus and parma ham

Preparation

Take the cheese out of the refrigerator about ½ hour before serving. Serve with ham, hummus and borretane onions. Put these together on a bruschetta and garnish with fresh basil.
