- 1 tsp butter
- 4 slices of toast – no crust
- 4 eggs
- 50 g bacon, cubed
- 1 tbsp. chives, finely chopped
- 50 g Castello Creamy Havarti
Creamy Havarti cups with eggs, bacon and chives
Coat 4 small ramekins with butter and add a slice of toast in each. Crack the egg and carefully place on top of the toast. Top with bacon, chives, freshly ground pepper and Castello Creamy Havarti.
Bake at 225 degrees for 15 minutes – or until the cheese is golden and the egg is done. Depending on the size of the egg the cooking time will vary.
