- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 6 fresh figs
- 1 Castello® Extra Creamy Danish Blue
- 2 tbsp. honey
- Fresh rosemary
Fig tart with Extra Creamy Danish Blue and honey
Cut the puff pastry in circles to fit in the baking tin. Cut the figs into quarters and place on the puff pastry. Crumble the Extra Creamy Danish Blue on top and drizzle with honey and fresh rosemary. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes, depending on the size – the cheese should be melted and the pastry crust should be slightly golden. Serve while it is still warm.
