1. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions. When cooked, drain and add to a bowl with the prosciutto, avocado, chilli, sundried tomatoes and garlic.
2. Add the Castello® Fetta Cubes and the marinating oil with herbs and garlic and gently toss together.
3. Top the salad with the lemon zest and fresh herbs. Season with salt and black pepper to your taste.
