  • 1 handful rocket salad
  • 1-2 grape fruits
  • Fresh chervil

Preparation

Toast the bread slices. Drizzle with olive oil. Cut the smoked salmon and Castello┬« Creamy Havarti and place on the bread. Place the rocket salad and grape fruit slices on top and finish with fresh chervil.
