- 350g flour
- 2dl water
- 10g yeast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup of sour cream (38%)
- 2 shallots
- 100g bacon
- 150g Castello® Double Cream Brie
- Salt and pepper
Dissolve the yeast in water and stir in the olive oil. Add the flour a little at a time into a knead able mass. Add salt and knead about 5-7 minutes. Leave to rise an hour on the kitchen table.
Roll the dough out thinly and plug small circles out. You can also full sized versions and simply cut out after baking.
Grease the bottom with sour cream and spread thinly sliced onions and cubes of bacon. Add slices of Castello® Double Cream Brie, salt and pepper.
Bake at 250 degrees for about 10 minutes - or until it has taken color and the cheese has melted.
