1. Prepare the spicy salsa by combining the pineapple cubes, macadamia nuts, chilli sauce and spring onions in a large bowl.
2. Toast four large slices of fresh bread (one per person). Spread generously with the Castello® Tropical Fruit and Almond Cream Cheese. Serve with a large spoonful of the spicy salsa and garnish with a wedge of lime.
