Avocado carpaccio with Castello® Tickler Extra Mature Cheddar

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 small red onion
  • 75 g Castello┬« Tickler Extra Mature Cheddar
  • Watercress and chives
  • Salt and pepper
Avocado carpaccio with Extra Matured Cheddar


Cut the avocado into fine slices and place on a serving platter. Drizzle a bit of lemon juice and olive oil on to the avocadoes. Add thin slices of red onion and season with salt and pepper, watercress, crumbles of Castello® Tickler Extra Mature Cheddar and chives.
