Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients for 1 serving

½ Castello Extra Creamy Danish Blue

2 tablespoons sour cream

Salt and pepper

1 lemon

100 ml whipping cream

Blue Cheese Dip


Take the Cheese out of the fridge half an hour before making the dip as this allows the Cheese to soften. Mix the blue Cheese with sour cream. Grate a little lemon peel and add a little juice. To adjust the texture, you can also add a little cream.

Season with salt and pepper.


Serve with potato root vegetable crisps.
