1 Castello® Brie
½ Cucumber
180 g. Edamame beans, podded
50 g. Walnuts
½ Cabbage
200 g. haydari or yogurt
2. tbsp. Olive oil
Lemon juice
Grounded black pepper
On the side: Crispbreads with chia seeds

Remove the cheese from the fridge about half an hour before serving. Cut the cheese longitudinally in two halves’. Slice the cucumber in thin slices and chop the cabbage. Place cheese, edamame beans, walnuts and haydari in two bowls. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, grounded black pepper and serve.
