- 1-2 Castello® Brie
- 15 basil leaves
- 50-75 g semi-dried cherry tomatoes
- 5 twigs of thyme
- Salt and pepper
Split the Brie in half, sliced like a bun. Top the bottom half with semi-dried tomatoes, basil and thyme. Place the other half on top to sandwich the tomatoes. Add a little bit of freshly ground pepper and salt. Serve with crackers, pesto and olives.
