Castello® Brie with semi-dried tomatoes and basil

  • 1-2 Castello┬« Brie
  • 15 basil leaves
  • 50-75 g semi-dried cherry tomatoes
  • 5 twigs of thyme
  • Salt and pepper

 

  • Crackers
  • Pesto
  • Olives 
Castello® Brie with semi-dried tomatoes and basil

Preparation

Split the Brie in half, sliced like a bun. Top the bottom half with semi-dried tomatoes, basil and thyme. Place the other half on top to sandwich the tomatoes. Add a little bit of freshly ground pepper and salt. Serve with crackers, pesto and olives.
