- 1.5 tbsp. oil
- 3 tbsp. popcorn
- 15-20 g Castello® Tickler Extra Mature Cheddar
- 2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 4 sprigs thyme
Add oil and popcorn kernels to a pan and put on the lid. Turn to medium heat and wait for the corn to pop. Once the kernels have finished popping, pour the popcorn into a bowl. Add salt, thyme leaves and smoked paprika. Gently turn and add grated Tickler Extra Mature Cheddar and stir again until the popcorn is covered in the cheddar and spices.
Microwave popcorn can also be used. If they are pre-salted, just add smoked paprika, thyme and cheddar when mixing.
