- 2 Castello® Double Crème White (250 g)
- 100 g unsalted pistachios
- 100 g hazelnuts
- 100 g dried cranberries
- 100 g dried blueberries
Cheese Ballwith Creamy White, Nuts & Dried Fruit
Cut the rind off the Castello® Double Crème White, place in a bowl and leave it to rest at room temperature for one hour. Once the cheese is soft, mix until smooth and even. Chop the nuts and dried fruit.
Stir 1/3 of the nuts and dried fruit with the cheese, and add the remaining 2/3 to a separate bowl. Shape the cheese into a ball and coat the cheese with the chopped nuts and dried fruit by carefully turning the ball in the mixture. Place the cheese ball in the fridge to let it set. Serve with salted crackers.
