- 250 g green asparagus
- Olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 20 g grated Castello® Tickler Extra Mature Cheddar
Snap off the ends of the asparagus spears and discard. Coat the asparagus in olive oil and grill them until just tender on a hot grill/frying pan. Toss gently with lemon juice and salt. Serve the asparagus on a platter with a sprinkle of grated cheddar.
