GRILLED SUMMER PORK CHOPS

with Castello Burger Blue
Ingredients for 1 serving

2 summer pork chops

2 slices of Castello Burger Blue

4 medium size tomatoes

1 cup of leaf parsley

½ red onion

1 cup of seedless black olives

1 pinch of black pepper

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of olive oil

GRILLED SUMMER PORK CHOPS

Preparation

Turn on the barbecue and grill the summer pork chops, season with a pinch of salt and pepper. When the first side is ready, you turn it and add a slice of Castello Burger Blue.

Cut onion, tomatoes, leaf parsley and olives into pieces and put them in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt and pepper and mix well.
