Halloween Pumpkin Canapés

50min Ingredients for 4 servings
  • 200g of Pumpkin (cut and hollowed)
  • 100 g Castello┬« Aged Havarti

Savoury Marinade

  • Cayenne Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1-2 tbsp of Oil

Sweet Marinade

  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • 25g fresh ginger
  • Honey to taste
  • 1-2 tbsp of Oil
Halloween Pumpkin Canapés


1. Clean the pumpkin and cut it into small cubes (keep the skin on)

2. Add the pumpkin cubes into an ovenproof dish and add the marinade

3. Bake for 30 minutes at 200┬░

4. Serve on a stick with Castello® Aged Havarti cheese cut into cubes
