- 2 apples (preferably slightly sour)
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 Castello® Double Crème White
- 100 g walnuts
- Fresh thyme
- 2-3 tbsp. honey
Honey apple ringswith walnuts and
Cut the apples into thin slices and remove the core. Put the apples in ice water with the lemon juice for 10 minutes. This will help to keep the apples crisp and make sure they don't oxidize and turn brown.
Remove the apples rings from the water and let them dry on a towel. Add a slice of Castello® Double Crème White to each apple ring, and finish with walnuts and a drizzle of honey. Garnish with fresh thyme.
