Pineapple and Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients for 2-3 servings

2 pkg (200 g each) Pineapple Light Cream Cheese Spread 
1/4 cup (50 mL) Castello┬« Crumbled Blue Cheese 
1/2 cup (125 mL) light sour cream 
1/2 cup (125 mL) light mayonnaise 
1 tbsp (15 mL) chives, finely chopped 
1/2 tsp (2 mL) fresh garlic, minced 
salt and pepper to taste 
1 hollowed out pineapple half, pineapple reserved and cut into bite size pieces for dipping. 

Makes approximately 2 1/2 cups of dip 

Pineapple and Blue Cheese Dip


Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well to combine. 
Carefully spoon into hollowed out pineapple half and serve with 
various fruits, vegetables and crackers.
