- 1 day-old baguette or ciabatta
- 200 g cold smoked salmon
- 125 g Castello® Aged Havarti
- 1 handful arugula
- 1-2 grape fruits
- Fresh parsley
Salmon crostiniwith Aged Havarti
Cut the day-old bread into slices and toast the slices. Drizzle with olive oil. Cut the smoked salmon and Castello® Aged Havarti and place on the toasted slices of bread. Place arugula and grape fruit slices on top and finish with fresh parsley.
