Ingredients for 4-6 servings

Castello® Traditional Danish Blue

Persimmon, sliced

Rosemary Crackers

Dried apricots

Raw almonds


Dark chocolate peanut butter cups

Sweet Cheese Board


Place Cheeses on a serving tray. Slice or crumble, as pictured.

Add dried cherries, dried figs, and pomegranate seeds and roughly chopped dark chocolate. Break honeycomb and add to tray. Fill serving bowls with apricot and raspberry jam.

Serve alongside pizzelles, shortbread cookies, chocolate truffles and chopped dark chocolate.
