- 2 celery stalks
- 125 g green grapes
- 12 walnuts
- 6 tsp mayonnaise
- Freshly ground pepper
- 125 g Castello® Tickler Extra Mature Cheddar

Cut the celery stalks into fine slices. Cut the walnuts and green grapes in half. Place celery, walnuts and grapes on tablespoons with about 1 tsp of mayonnaise each. Grind pepper on top and grate Castello® Tickler Extra Mature Cheddar on top.
