  • 2 celery stalks
  • 125 g green grapes
  • 12 walnuts
  • 6 tsp mayonnaise
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 125 g Castello┬« Tickler Extra Mature Cheddar
WALDORF SPOONS WITH MATURE CHEDDAR

Preparation

Cut the celery stalks into fine slices. Cut the walnuts and green grapes in half. Place celery, walnuts and grapes on tablespoons with about 1 tsp of mayonnaise each. Grind pepper on top and grate Castello┬« Tickler Extra Mature Cheddar on top.
