FILM NOIRTraditional Danish Blue with bresaola
IT DOESN’T GET ANY MORE CLASSIC THAN THIS!
Shutting the world away is key here, when stepping into another time and place for some real Hollywood crime. Switch off all phones for starters (this is a cinema after all, notifications are a major no-no). Candles and cosy blankets are essential for this quality sofa session. And having everything at hand means no need to press pause, so stock up on drinks and snacks beforehand.

TRADITIONAL DANISH BLUE WITH BRESAOLA
TRADITIONAL DANISH BLUE
For two people, you will need 1 Castello Traditional Danish Blue, 12 crackers, black if possible. 3 slices of bresaola cut into strips and fresh blackberries.
Leave the cheese at room temperature for half an hour before serving it. Cut the cheese in pieces and apply to the crackers along with the bresaola. Garnish with fresh blackberries. Enjoy!
