    • Creatively crafted in Denmark from fresh cow's milk and cream

    • Each cheese batch is also cut by hand when the cheesemaker decides it has reached the right state of firmness  to inspect if the cheese is ready for packaging

    • First made in Denmark in 1944, this Extra Creamy Brie is the first cheese crafted by our founding family of Tholstrup. So it's kind of special!
    • Due to its non-standard recipe and a much creamier texture than regular brie, some Scandinavian countries like to consider our Extra Creamy Brie as its own cheese type under the soft cheeses family. In Denmark our brie is called Castello Creamy White.
