Yoghurt with Ginger-Spiced Pineapple

Cozy mornings in bed – our recipe for Yoghurt with Ginger-Spiced Pineapple is the perfect remedy against mornings in bed. Garnished with a mix of candied ginger, pineapple and wholemeal crispbread, a generous dash of yoghurt serves to shine in contrast to its strong-natured counterparts. Wakey wakey!

Roasted chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2⅗ ounces pineapples in small cubes
  • 2 tsp candied ginger
  • 1 tsp syrup from candied ginger
  • 1⅔ cups plain 0.5% organic
  • ⅓ ounce wholemeal crispbread


1. For the toasted chia seeds: Toast the chia seeds in a dry pan over high heat for 2-3 min., stirring occasionally.

2. Combine the pineapples, ginger and syrup. Place yogurt in some bowls and top with the pineapple mixture.

3. Sprinkle with crispbread and chia seeds. Serve immediately.
