Sour Fruity


  • 6.1 ounces rolled oats (not quick oats)
  • 2 ounces whole meal flour
  • 0.9 ounce roughly chopped almonds
  • 5 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp linseeds
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tsp cane sugar
  • 1 tbsp cold-pressed rapeseed oil
  • 4⅖ ounces small pieces dried dates, e.g. sun-dried; raisins or apricots – or a mix of everything


1. Combine all the ingredients except the dried fruit, in a baking pan (approx. 9 x 13 in).

2. Toast the granola in the middle of the oven for approx. 30 min. at 340°F – stirring occasionally.

3. Remove the granola from the oven and let cool slightly. Add the dried fruit and season to taste.
