1. Combine all the ingredients except the dried fruit, in a baking pan (approx. 9 x 13 in).
2. Toast the granola in the middle of the oven for approx. 30 min. at 340°F – stirring occasionally.
3. Remove the granola from the oven and let cool slightly. Add the dried fruit and season to taste.
Granola with coconut tastes delicious with yogurt or your favorite acidified dairy product.
