  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar
  • 11½ ounces watermelons in cubes (approx. ½ x ½ in.)
  • 10½ ounces honeydew melons in cubes (approx. ½ x ½ in.)
  • 14 ounces rinsed strawberries halved
  • ¾ cup greek-style yoghurt

Garnish

  • fresh mint leaves

preparation

1. Combine mint leaves, lemon juice and cane sugar and stir into the fruit just before serving.

2. Arrange the fruit in a serving dish along with the yogurt, and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
