Cheeseboard with blueberries & figs

The perfect cheeseboard in no time at all – our guide to creating your Castello cheeseboard mix is sure to satisfy guests! A wide assortment of accoutrements and snacks cross paths with a carefully picked selection of some of our most versatile cheeses to create an experience of exciting flavours and textures.

Salty Sour


  • 150 g Castello® Creamy Blue
  • 125 g Castello® Pineapple & Almond Cream Cheese Ring
  • 165 g Castello® Aged Havarti or another semi-hard Castello cheese
  • 50 g of coarsely chopped walnuts
  • syrup
  • blueberries
  • fresh figs
  • crackers


1. Remove the Castello® Creamy Blue and Castello® Aged Havarti (or another semi-hard Castello cheese of your choice) from refrigerator approx. 1 hour before serving.

2. Later on, remove the Castello® Pineapple Cream Cheese from the refrigerator approx. 15 minutes before serving.

3. Place the blueberries in a small bowl.

4. Slice the figs and place on a small serving plate.

5. Place walnuts in a bowl and drizzle with some syrup.
