  • 100 g gherkins
  • 350 g Castello® Mature Cheddar diced
  • 80 g pickled beetroots
  • 50 g cleaned frisee salad
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple vinegar
  • salt
  • black pepper

Serve with:

  • bread
  • 4 tbsp coarse mustard


1. Place the cheese on a platter with gherkins, pickled beetroot and duck rilettes.

2. Turn the salad with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

3. Arrange the salad on the dish.
