  • 250 ml cream
  • 4 dl milk
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 0.1 cup corn starch
  • 250 g Castello® Extra Mature Cheddar
  • ½ tsp nutmeg

1. Cook the macaroni pasta according to the packet instructions in a large pan of boiling salted water until al dente.
