  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt
  • pepper
  • juice from 1/4 limes
  • 100 g green grapes
  • a little balsamic glaze (available in most supermarkets)


1. Mash Avocado, garlic, salt, pepper and lime juice and mix into a homogeneous mass

2. Halve the grapes and top each with avocado cream (using a piping bag is recommended)

3. Finally, drizzle with balsamic glaze
