  • 250 g green asparagus
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt
  • 20 g Castello® Extra Mature Cheddar


1. Snap off the ends of the asparagus spears and discard. Coat the asparagus in olive oil and grill them until just tender on a hot grill/frying pan. Toss gently with lemon juice and salt.
