with Castello® Traditional Blue Cheese
4-6 servings

1 pkg 125 g Castello® Traditional Blue Cheese
1 cup Canadian icewine
8 juniper berries, crushed*
garnish with crusty bread, dates, raw cashews and water crackers

ICEWINE MARINATED BLUE

Preparation

Place Blue Cheese in a re-sealable glass container: prick cheese with a toothpick or wooden skewer. Pour Icewine over top and add crushed juniper berries. Cover and refrigerate for up to three days. Remove from liquid and drain. Place on a cheeseboard or cheese plate. Enjoy with crusty bread, dates, raw cashews and water crackers.

*A sprig of rosemary can be used in place of the juniper berries.
