WALDORF SPOONS WITH EXTRA MATURE CHEDDAR CHEESE

ingredients

  • 125 g Castello® Extra Mature Cheddar Cheese
  • 125 g green grapes
  • stalks celery
  • 12 walnuts
  • 100 ml mayonnaise
  • Freshly ground pepper

preparation

1. Cut the celery stalks into fine slices.

2. Cut the walnuts and green grapes in half.

3. Place celery, walnuts and grapes on tablespoons with a bit of mayonnaise.

4. Grind pepper on top and grate Castello® Mature Cheddar on top.

5. Serve chilled
