With Valentine’s Day around the corner, planning and preparing a lover’s feast is the perfect gift, because there’s both thought and effort involved. And food cooked with love always tastes better! We recommend celebrating that special someone in your life with wine and cheese!

And Valentine’s Day needn’t be hard. These pastry hearts are a perfect treat and very easy to prepare. The hearts are filled with Creamy Castello White – a white mould cheese with a mild, milky taste. Choose from two different fillings - rosehip jam or nuts and dried fruits. Or maybe make both! 

Serve with a chilled Gewürztraminer – or a coffee!
